Common questions
What North Jersey homeowners ask first.
Product features and property conditions vary. The written scope is the final source for what a specific project includes.
What is permanent roofline lighting?
It is a lighting system mounted along approved exterior roofline sections so supported warm-white and color scenes can be used without reinstalling temporary lights for each occasion.
Can the lights be used for everyday warm white?
Some permanent-lighting systems support warm-white or similar everyday scenes. Exact white tones, dimming and scene controls depend on the selected product and are confirmed before approval.
Can I use the system for holidays and events?
Many systems support color scenes for holidays, game days and celebrations. Available colors, effects, schedules, zones and app controls depend on the selected product.
How is a quote prepared?
Peak reviews the property address, exterior photos, desired coverage, mounting surfaces, height, access, power, controls, system choice and timing before confirming a written scope and property-specific price.
What photos should I send?
Send a straight-on front photo, angled views of each requested elevation and close views of soffits or fascia when possible. Include access constraints, landscaping and obstacles that may affect the work area.
Does Peak install a system I already purchased?
A customer-owned system can be submitted for compatibility review, but acceptance is not automatic. The exact product, components, instructions, available footage and property conditions must be reviewed first.
Which North Jersey areas are served?
Requests are reviewed in Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex and Hudson counties. Every address and route must be confirmed, and naming a community does not represent an office or guaranteed availability.
Are the gallery photos Peak jobs?
The current gallery uses shared portfolio/system examples. Their locations and installer identity are not verified, so they are not represented as Peak completed jobs.
Does submitting the form book an appointment?
No. The form prepares a project-review email. Submitting a request does not create a purchase or appointment; scope, pricing and scheduling are confirmed separately in writing.
Still deciding?
Send the home and the goal.
The owner desk can review the address, roofline photos and the lighting direction you want.
