Permanent roofline lighting

A cleaner way to light the home year-round.

Define the roofline once, then use the supported warm-white and color settings that fit everyday evenings, holidays and events.

What a property-specific plan covers

Permanent exterior lighting is not only a product choice. A useful plan identifies where lighting belongs, how it can be mounted, where power and controls can be placed, and what the finished system should do.

Roofline coverage

Choose front-only coverage, front plus peaks or dormers, selected returns, multiple sides or a fuller-home layout. The final proposal should state the covered elevations clearly so expectations match the finished scope.

Daytime appearance

Track color, mounting surface, spacing and sight lines affect how the system looks when it is off. Exterior photos help review soffit, fascia and trim conditions before the visit.

Power and control

Available outlets, controller position, extension routing, zones and the selected system’s supported features are reviewed before work is scheduled.
